RETURN POLICY
Can i returned my ordered items ?
Yes you can in the case of
1) The item got damaged in transit .
2) Manufacturing defect that went unoticed during packaging .
3) A wrong item is shipped out by mistake .
Kindly be informed that any items from our “deals” section will not be returned under the returns policy except if there is an issue relating to manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped to you by mistake.
Please inform us within 48 hrs if you may have any of the issues mentioned above .
We do not accept any returns if product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving package , so please report the matter to us at earliest . Do not dispatch products before receiving a ” refund accepted ” confirmation email to us .
All items must be returned in original condition , and original packaging as delivered to you . As a policy , the items will be examined on return and identify the defects / variations as indicated by you .
Proposed solutions to you for defect items
1) choosing an alternative item of equal value
2) a refund of order value .
If we make an error in spite of best efforts , the extra shipping cost incurred during the return of the product will be refunded . Other case the shipping charges and other expenses would be borne by you .
